Shoutout to all the green tea lovers, our favorite #cruffin place Brunoandmo.bkk is now offering its special #matcha edition with two fun varieties to choose from:
🌾“Salted Genmai Cruffin” with a hint of miso caramel, so quirkily brilliant, full of umami and a touch of saltiness that pairs well with genmaicha blended from Chiangrai and Uji, and
🍃“Evergreen Motcha Cruffin” with the smokey matcha delivered from Fukuoka, a collaboration with @motch_millhouse, married with refreshing elements from Granny smith apple and creamy Mascarpone cheese. The matcha cream here is really intense, a perfect snack for those who like their snack bold in flavor.
Overall, Love. The shop really nailed it with this series. Hope one of their matcha menu would become a regular soon, cause they’re that good!
